Engraved Caviar Spoons at The Maybourne Beverly Hills

The Maybourne Beverly Hills and N25 Caviar recently introduced Beverly Hills’ first-ever Caviar & Oyster concept at The Maybourne Bar. And what better way to debut the partnership than throw an elevated party for VIP tasters?!

For this incredible launch party, guests got to indulge in caviar and oyster tastings by Executive Chef Damon Gordon, and signature cocktails (including an espresso martini with parmesan foam).

Lindsay Luv DJed the night away, Champagne Billecart Salmon popped bottles, Martin Katz Jewels brought the diamonds, and I engraved mother of pearl caviar spoons. It was truly such a special night for all, and I loved being a part of it.

Given the nature of mother of pearl spoons, they each have naturally intricate patterns that guests were able to choose from; some darker, some lighter, and some a mix of both. Something I didn't know before this event, was that the nature of the material is non-reactive and actually preserves the flavor of caviar, as opposed to a metal or wooden spoon.

Once the guests selected their caviar spoon of choice, I hand engraved them live with their custom order requests. (The ring I'm wearing is a Martin Katz selection that matched perfectly with my fit!)

Lots of happy and thrilled guests, and lots of IG posts and stories about the evening. The engraved caviar spoons truly turned out so beautifully and I can't wait to do more of these in the future!
